1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Nexus Quant (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Nexus Glass platform available at nexusglass.live, including all associated APIs, WebSocket feeds, dashboards, data products, and documentation (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or using any API key issued by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Disclaimer: Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Nothing on the Nexus Glass platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All data, analytics, signals, predictions, probability scores, cascade indicators, intelligence outputs, and any other information provided through the Platform are strictly for informational and educational purposes only.
Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Leveraged trading of perpetual contracts, futures, and options can result in losses that exceed your initial investment. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All model outputs, including liquidation heatmaps, cascade probabilities, magnet scores, and risk assessments, are statistical estimates based on historical data and are subject to model uncertainty
- Past performance of any signal, model, prediction, or analytical output does not guarantee or indicate future results
- Actual market outcomes may differ materially from model predictions
- You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
- You should always conduct your own independent research before making any financial decision
- You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before engaging in cryptocurrency trading
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account, including API calls made using your keys
- Immediately notifying us at support@nexusglass.live if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Ensuring that your API keys are stored securely and not exposed in public repositories, client-side code, or shared environments
We reserve the right to suspend or disable any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised.
4.3 API Key Management
API keys are personal, non-transferable credentials tied to your account and service tier. You must not share, sell, lease, or otherwise distribute your API keys to third parties. Compromised keys must be revoked and regenerated immediately through your account dashboard.
5. Service Tiers and Rate Limits
The Platform operates on a tiered access model. Each tier provides different levels of data access, API capabilities, and rate limits:
| Feature | FREE | PRO | FASTFEED |
|---|---|---|---|
| API Rate Limit | 2 requests/sec | 10 requests/sec | 10 requests/sec |
| REST API Access | Basic endpoints | All endpoints | All endpoints |
| WebSocket Feed | Not included | Not included | Real-time stream |
| Heatmap Data | Delayed (15 min) | Real-time | Real-time |
| Data Retention | 24 hours | 30 days | 90 days |
| Commercial Use | Not permitted | Permitted | Permitted |
5.1 Rate Limiting
API access is subject to rate limits as specified by your service tier. Rate limits are enforced at both the application layer and the infrastructure layer. Exceeding your rate limit will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent rate limit violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
5.2 Fair Use Policy
All tiers are subject to a fair use policy. Automated bulk data extraction, systematic scraping, or any usage pattern that places disproportionate load on our infrastructure may be throttled or restricted regardless of your tier. We reserve the right to impose additional limits or require a custom enterprise agreement for high-volume use cases.
5.3 Tier Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your service tier at any time through your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle downgrades.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will NOT:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data models of the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform beyond what is provided through our official APIs and within your tier limits
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform data or access without a separate written agreement
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, tier restrictions, or any other security measures
- Use the Platform to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, front-running, or any form of market abuse
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or exploitation of vulnerabilities
- Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions, anti-money laundering, or securities regulations
- Create false, misleading, or deceptive content using Platform data
- Access or attempt to access any honeypot, administrative, or internal-only endpoints
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
All content, software, algorithms, data models, visual designs, and technology comprising the Nexus Glass platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Quant. This includes but is not limited to: the Heatmap Engine, Magnetism Index, Cascade Learner, Leverage Learner, Exchange Calibrator, Intelligence Engine, Whale Detection System, and all associated machine learning models, scoring algorithms, and analytical frameworks.
The Platform is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content, configurations, or data you create within the Platform (such as custom alerts, watchlists, or paper trading strategies). By using the Platform, you do not acquire any ownership rights to our technology, data outputs, or proprietary content.
7.3 Data Usage Rights
Data accessed through the Platform may be used for your personal or internal business analysis, subject to your tier permissions. FREE tier data may not be used for commercial purposes. PRO and FASTFEED tier data may be used commercially, provided you do not republish raw data feeds that compete with or substitute for the Platform.
8. Data Accuracy and Limitations
Nexus Glass processes data from third-party exchanges, blockchain networks, and public data sources. While we implement comprehensive quality assurance systems, data validation checks, and automated monitoring:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on or provided through the Platform
- Exchange APIs may experience delays, outages, data gaps, or inconsistencies that are outside our control
- Blockchain data is subject to network congestion, reorganizations, and indexing delays
- Probability models, heatmaps, and intelligence outputs are statistical estimates reflecting observed patterns and are inherently uncertain
- Real-time data feeds may experience latency due to network conditions, exchange processing times, or infrastructure load
You acknowledge that trading decisions should never be based solely on Platform data. Always verify critical data points through independent sources before acting on them.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Payment Terms
10.1 Fees
Paid service tiers (PRO and FASTFEED) require payment of applicable subscription fees as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
10.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
10.3 Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@nexusglass.live within 30 days of the charge.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and software updates
- Unscheduled maintenance to address critical issues
- Third-party exchange API outages or degradation
- Network issues, hardware failures, or force majeure events
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when feasible. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from service interruptions.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Quant and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any trading or investment decisions you make based on Platform data

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Quant is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service-level agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexus Quant regarding your use of the Platform.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations.
17.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
