This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and boundaries for using the Nexus Glass platform at nexusglass.live, operated by Nexus Quant (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. All users, whether accessing the Platform via the web dashboard, REST API, or WebSocket feed, are bound by this policy.
1. Permitted Use
Nexus Glass is designed for legitimate cryptocurrency market analysis, research, and education. Permitted uses include:
- Viewing and analyzing market data through the web dashboard
- Accessing data programmatically through our official APIs within your tier limits
- Integrating API data into your own private trading systems or research tools (PRO/FASTFEED tiers)
- Using Platform data for academic research, journalism, and educational content with proper attribution
- Building internal analytics dashboards that consume our API (PRO/FASTFEED tiers)
- Using paper trading simulation for strategy development and backtesting
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action.
2.1 Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other users’ accounts, internal systems, databases, or administrative interfaces
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network
- Attempting to access honeypot endpoints, internal APIs, or undocumented routes
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, tier restrictions, or any security measure
- Using multiple accounts or API keys to evade per-account restrictions
- Exploiting any bug, vulnerability, or system error — report vulnerabilities to support@nexusglass.live
2.2 Infrastructure Abuse
- Launching or facilitating denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against the Platform
- Sending excessive requests designed to overwhelm or degrade service
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data beyond official API access
- Operating bots that interact with the web dashboard outside of official API channels
- Intentionally consuming disproportionate infrastructure resources
- Interfering with the Platform’s operation or other users’ experience
2.3 Data Misuse
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing raw data obtained from the Platform as a data service
- Creating a competing product or service that replicates or substitutes for Nexus Glass functionality using our data
- Systematically storing and redistributing historical data obtained from our APIs
- Presenting Nexus Glass data as your own proprietary data without attribution
- Using data in any way that misrepresents its source, accuracy, or limitations
2.4 Market Manipulation
- Using the Platform to facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or layering
- Front-running trades based on insights obtained through unauthorized access to Platform internals
- Coordinating trading activity through the Platform in violation of exchange rules or securities regulations
- Using Platform data to publish false or misleading trading signals to others
2.5 Reverse Engineering
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform
- Attempting to derive source code, algorithms, data models, or proprietary logic
- Reconstructing proprietary scoring systems (Heatmap Engine, Magnetism Index, Cascade Learner, etc.) through systematic API querying
- Analyzing API responses to reverse-engineer internal model parameters or calibration data
2.6 Illegal Activities
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Using the Platform in connection with sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
- Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited
- Using the Platform to facilitate any illegal transaction or activity
2.7 Account Abuse
- Creating fake, misleading, or fraudulent accounts
- Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Using automated systems to create multiple accounts
- Impersonating another person, company, or entity
- Using disposable email addresses to circumvent account restrictions
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
3.1 Automated Detection
We employ automated systems to detect policy violations, including:
- Rate limit violation monitoring
- Anomalous usage pattern detection
- Honeypot endpoint access logging with automatic IP ban
- Multi-account detection
- API usage pattern analysis
3.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

For severe violations (DDoS attacks, exploitation attempts, illegal activity), we may take immediate action without prior warning and may report the activity to relevant authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@nexusglass.live. Include as much detail as possible, including timestamps, URLs, and descriptions of the observed behavior.
5. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Platform, we ask that you:
- Report it to support@nexusglass.live with the subject line “Security Vulnerability Report”
- Provide sufficient detail for us to reproduce and verify the issue
- Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
- Do not access or modify other users’ data
We appreciate responsible security research and will not take enforcement action against researchers who follow these guidelines.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
